Executive training for leaders who distrust easy answers

"The most dangerous executive is the one who has stopped questioning their own judgment. Our programs exist to make that questioning rigorous, structured, and productive."

A methodology built on decision science, not motivational platitudes

Most executive education programs recycle frameworks from the 1990s. Ours is built from contemporary research in cognitive science, behavioural economics, and organizational complexity. Every session forces participants to confront their own biases in real time — not through lectures, but through structured decision simulations calibrated to their industry.

1

Diagnostic intake

Before the first session, each participant completes a proprietary decision-audit instrument. We map your cognitive tendencies — confirmation bias thresholds, risk-calibration accuracy, and delegation patterns — so the program targets your specific blind spots rather than generic competencies. This intake takes roughly ninety minutes and includes a structured interview with one of our lead facilitators.

2

Immersive simulation blocks

Over three consecutive days, cohorts of twelve navigate branching-scenario simulations drawn from real corporate crises. Each scenario escalates in ambiguity. Participants make decisions under time pressure while our facilitators capture reasoning patterns for later debrief. The simulations cover market-entry dilemmas, talent-pipeline failures, regulatory shocks, and stakeholder conflicts.

3

Peer-challenge rounds

After each simulation block, structured peer-challenge sessions require participants to defend their decisions to the cohort. This is not a polite feedback circle. Each round follows a protocol designed to surface assumptions that went unexamined. Facilitators intervene only to maintain psychological safety, not to soften the critique.

4

Integration and transfer plan

The final phase translates insights into a personal decision-operating-system: a documented set of protocols each leader commits to applying in their actual role. We schedule two follow-up sessions at thirty and ninety days to measure adherence and recalibrate as needed. Participants leave with a tangible artifact, not just a certificate.

Programs designed for different inflection points

Strategic inflection intensive

A three-day immersion for CEOs and division presidents navigating a major strategic pivot — market entry, post-merger integration, or business-model reinvention. Limited to twelve participants per cohort to ensure depth of engagement and facilitator attention.

3 days · 12 seats · Quarterly intake

Successor readiness program

Designed for high-potential leaders being groomed for the C-suite within the next eighteen months. Focuses on the cognitive and political shifts required when moving from functional excellence to enterprise-wide accountability. Includes a 360-degree decision-quality assessment and a personal board-readiness plan.

5 modules over 10 weeks · Rolling enrollment

Custom corporate engagements

We work with organizations that want to embed better decision-making across their leadership bench. These engagements start with an organizational decision audit and produce a tailored curriculum delivered on-site or at our Laval facility. Minimum commitment is two cohorts of eight leaders each.

Custom scope · 6–12 month partnership

We track what matters — not satisfaction scores

Most training providers measure success by how happy participants felt on the last day. We measure whether their decision quality actually improved ninety days later, using pre- and post-program calibration instruments.

Case snapshot

National logistics firm — post-acquisition leadership alignment

After acquiring a regional competitor, this firm's executive team was gridlocked on integration strategy. Two cohorts of eight leaders went through our Strategic inflection intensive. Within sixty days, the team had aligned on a single integration playbook and reduced decision-cycle time by forty percent on cross-functional initiatives.

The CEO later noted that the program's peer-challenge rounds were the catalyst for surfacing territorial assumptions that had been blocking progress for months.

Frequently asked questions

Our programs are designed for executives who hold profit-and-loss responsibility or are within eighteen months of doing so. That typically means CEOs, COOs, division presidents, and senior vice-presidents. We deliberately exclude participants below the director level to ensure cohort discussions operate at a peer level of strategic complexity.

Open-enrollment cohorts cap at twelve. Corporate engagements typically run with eight to ten leaders per cohort. We never exceed twelve because the peer-challenge protocol requires enough time for every participant to both present and critique within each session block.

Our primary facility is in Laval, Quebec, approximately twenty minutes from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. For custom corporate engagements, we can deliver on-site at your organization or at a venue of your choice within Canada.

Pricing is shared during the intake conversation because it varies depending on cohort timing and whether your organization is enrolling multiple leaders. We do not publish a rate card — not to be opaque, but because the diagnostic intake is included in the fee and its scope can vary. Expect the investment to be comparable to top-tier executive-education programs at leading Canadian business schools.

The diagnostic intake and follow-up sessions are conducted virtually. The immersive simulation blocks and peer-challenge rounds are in-person only. The dynamics of real-time decision simulation and face-to-face confrontation cannot be replicated over video. We tried it during 2020 and the data showed a measurable decline in outcome quality.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

Tell us about the decision challenge you or your leadership team is facing. We will respond within two business days with an honest assessment of whether our programs are the right fit — and if they are not, we will say so.
